Note: Her origin is unknown. The census of 1870 indicates John H. Bevier's wife was named Almira, born about 1828. The family lived in Brookfield, Waukesha County, Wisconsin. She may have been named Elizabeth Elmira. In 1910, she was listed as Elizabeth M. Bevier born in England.

In 1910 they lived in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and he is a farmer. In 1920, they lived in Yavapai, Humboldt County, Arizona and he was a watchman at a smelter. In 1930, they lived again in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and he was a gas station attendant.

He practiced in St. Louis in 1910 and 1920. In 1932, he was accused of murdering one of his patients and a couple of days later committed suicide in his garage.

She lived with her son in Brookfield, Wisconsin in 1910. In 1920, they lived in Chicago, Illinois. He was an advertising artist.

Note: Eugene S. Bevier resided at Bradford, Pennsylvania where he was a highly esteemed citizen. He was for many years with the Wilcox Tanning Company at Wilcox, Pennsylvania. He was a Justice of the Peace and Postmaster for the town of Crosby. He was an upright and honorable citizen and a favorite of all who knew him. Eugene had no issue.
