At the time he was residing in Hudson, Columbia County, New York. He spelled his surname with a capital V on his passport application. John was founder and President of John C. Bevier, Inc. Also, he was president of Bogold Brothers Inc. of Buffalo, New York. No issue of this marriage. He registered for the WW 1 draft in Columbia County, New York. In 1930 he lived in Kenmore, Erie County, New York and was manager in a general contracting business.
