Note: In 1910, he boarded in Detroit, Michigan and was clerk in an auto plant office. Lived in Detroit, MI 1914-1917. He's listed as a salesman of glass and paint. He was a salesman for Pittsburgh Plate Glass Company in 1917. When he registered for the WW 1 draft, he resided in the Addison Hotel in Detroit with his mother and worked at the Maxwell Car Co. In the census of 1920, he was a lodger in Wayne County, City of Detroit. In 1930, he lived in Detroit, Michigan and was an automobile salesman.

Bevier, DuBois (Jack) (b. 10 MAR 1888, d. 17 MAY 1955)
Note: His name was John DuBois Bevier, but he never used the John. He was usually referred to as D.B. Bevier. In 1917, he registered for the WW 1 draft in San Francisco, California. In 1920, his family resided in Millbrae Township, San Mateo County, California. He lived there for many years. He rented his home and he was district manager of an auto parts business. In 1930, they lived in Oakland, California and he was a new business clerk in a bank. Later, he lived in San Mateo again and was Assistant V-P of Bank of America Corporation. He was an employee of Bank of America for 28 years.

Bevier, Richard Brodhead (b. 8 NOV 1892, d. 5 FEB 1973)
Note: Graduated from University of Pennsylvania. During the 1920 census, he lived in Brooklyn, New York and was the manager of a grocery store. Richard B. Bevier was one of the founders, in 1927, of Pan American Airways, a fore-runner of Pan American World Airways. In the early 1930s he formed Bevier & Co., an advertising, marketing, and merchandising organization. He retired in 1965. His wife, Alene Pierson, was a daughter of Lewis E. Pierson, former board chairman of the Irving Trust Co. They resided in New Rochelle, New York and spent the summer season in East Hampton Beach on Long Island.

Bevier, Louis Hasbrouck (b. 4 AUG 1895, d. 27 DEC 1921)
Note: He graduated from Harvard in 1917 with a B.S. He was in the U.S. Naval Reserve in 1917. He did not marry and resided in Brooklyn New York in 1919. In 1921, he was issued a passport to travel to Mexico, Cuba, West Indies, Central America, Portugal, and Italy, Spain, France, and Switzerland for business reasons. He lived in Suffolk County, Massachusetts at the time and was slated to travel from the port of Boston on a United Fruit Steamer. He lived in Cambridge, Massachusetts at the time.

Bevier, Kenneth Miller (b. 6 AUG 1897, d. 24 SEP 1946)
Note: He registered for the WW 1 draft in Brooklyn, Kings County, New York in 1917-18. Served in the Ambulance Corps in WW I. Graduated from Lehigh U. in 1919. He was elected Captain of the Lehigh U. wrestling team. In 1895, he was intercollegiate wrestling champion in the 125 pound class. Kenneth was a partner in Bevier and Company of New York with his brother Richard. They were manufacturing agents. He and his brother, Richard B. Bevier, helped organize Pan American Airways in 1927. In 1930, he lived in Brooklyn, New York.
