Note: Lee was employed as an oil field pumper for several local oil companies in Pennsylvania before he retired in 1976. He was a resident of Pleasantville, Pennsylvania. For two months, he was a patient of Grandview Advanced Health Services in Oil City, Pennsylvania. He died at Northwest Medical Center in Franklin, PA.
