Note: In 1906 &1910, he lived in Grand Island, Nebraska and he was a bookkeeper at a lumber yard. In 1910 his given name was listed as Millard. In 1917-18, he registered for the WW 1 draft in Marion Salem, County, Oregon. His occupation was lumberman. He lived in Salem, Oregon in 1916 and was elected president of a newly formed orchestra. He was a flute and fife player in that orchestra. He still lived in Salem, OR in 1920.

He lived in Fairbanks, Alaska in 1912-1913 and was a high school science and math teacher. He registered for the WW 1 draft in 1917 in San Francisco. He was a student at Stanford U. at the time. He graduated from Stanford U. Medical School and interned at San Francisco Hospital in 1919. He later was a teacher at Stanford U. in 1916-1920. He retired to Escondido, California.

His WW 1 draft in 1917-18 registration completed in Spokane, Washington lists his date of birth as 19 Mar 1892 and place of birth New Ulm, Minnesota. He lived (boarder) in Los Angeles, California in 1920 & 1930. He was a watch maker. In 1922, an article in the Pasadena, California newspaper indicated he was Captain Bevier and with his mother had just formed a military school called Oak Knoll Military Academy.

Note: He registered for the WW draft in 1917-18 in California. He was atationed at the Mare Island Naval Base. His family lived in Akron, Ohio in 1920. He was a toolmaker and worked in a factory. In May 1929, he arrived in San Francisco on the ship Sonoma from Pago Pago, Samoa. He served in the US Navy Jun 16, 1932 - Aug 07, 1933 with the rank of MM1.
He might have been married to another women names Mae Bevier as that name occurs in at least two records. It could also be a middle name of his first wife Elsie.
